If you would like to return your art purchase, please contact email@example.com or call 01327 878117 within 7 days of receiving the parcel, explaining your reason for the return. We will confirm the process you need to follow for a successful return.
If the piece of art was ordered in specifically for you (i.e. it was not in stock or on display in the gallery) then unfortunately we are be unable to issue a refund. Instead we can provide you with a credit note to use on any piece of art on display in the gallery. This credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of the return.
Please note that we can only process a refund/credit note if the art arrives back to us in a re-saleable condition. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility and we strongly recommend using a signed for delivery service as you will be liable for the cost of the art if it is lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive the art back to Leigh Lambert Gallery and assuming it arrives in a re-saleable condition, we will process the order and provide you with a full refund or credit note as applicable. We will endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 days for this to take place.
