We understand that buying art online can be a daunting prospect, especially for new customers who have never visited our gallery and are buying art for the first time. That's why we have made a commitment to making it as easy as possible for you with a clear delivery and returns policy to help give our online customers complete peace of mind.
Whether you buy art online via this website or if you are visiting Leigh Lambert Gallery in Daventry, we offer free delivery for all our UK customers. So if you're in the highlands of Scotland or just around the corner in Daventry, we will deliver your art completely free of charge.
Alternatively, if you would like to collect your painting in person, you can enjoy a complimentary hot drink and slice of cake on us and whilst viewing the Leigh Lambert Gallery within our sister gallery Evergreen Art Cafe.
If you are ordering from outside the UK and require delivery overseas please contact us to make an enquiry and we can process your order via telephone and/or email.
Free Delivery to any address within the UK
All art purchased from Leigh Lambert Gallery include free delivery within the UK.
We aim to deliver most orders within 3-5 working days. Framed art can take longer than this timescale and we will contact you to confirm an estimated date for delivery if there will be a delay.
Returns Policy for UK Customers
If you would like to return your art purchase, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 01327 878117 within 7 days of receiving the parcel, explaining your reason for the return. We will confirm the process you need to follow for a successful return.
If the piece of art was ordered in specifically for you (i.e. it was not in stock or on display in the gallery) then unfortunately we are be unable to issue a refund. Instead we can provide you with a credit note to use on any piece of art on display in the gallery. This credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of the return.
Please note that we can only process a refund/credit note if the art arrives back to us in a re-saleable condition. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility and we strongly recommend using a signed for delivery service as you will be liable for the cost of the art if it is lost or damaged in transit.
Once we receive the art back to Leigh Lambert Gallery and assuming it arrives in a re-saleable condition, we will process the order and provide you with a full refund or credit note as applicable. We will endeavour to process your return as quickly as possible but please allow up to 14 days for this to take place.
